What the Use Agreement Says:
“If MPI should close, or otherwise cease to operate, for any reason, the golf course, the clubhouse facility, swimming pool, tennis courts, playground, fields, or any of the associated improvements or Facilities of the Club, the Association’s obligation to pay the Use Fee shall cease effective as of the date of such closure or cessation of operation, and the Association shall have no obligation to pay the Use Fee until the Facilities are fully re-opened.”

If you are looking for a great family activity, come out and relax with us at Magnolia Point Golf & Country Club poolside.
Our Junior Olympic sized pool is intended for you to get outside and stay active while beating the heat. We also have something for everyone with a splash pad for those tiny tots right next to our playground. Looking to relieve some stress, try swimming a few laps.
Looking for some social interaction, our weekend throughout pool season are wonderful. Not only can you meet fellow residents and neighbors, but you will also be served poolside by our fabulous serving staff.
